And So It Begins

Here we are, ready to embark on what has become known as “The Big Trip.”  We’ve been planning this adventure for almost 2 years.  The idea started because we wanted to visit our friends in Portland, OR.  As we thought of more and more places we wanted to see along the way, the itinerary grew and grew.  Now, today, we own a class A motor home, and plan to be away from home for 5 weeks, touring the western United States.  We will visit places the three of us have never seen, including many Laura Ingalls Wilder sites and National Parks.  We are excited for the many adventures that await us, and look forward to living small for a while, focusing on what we know is most important in our lives — each other.
